Hi, I’m Beth✌️
I fell hard for cooking years ago in Northern Italy, where I trained in culinary school and worked in restaurants alongside incredible chefs from all over the world. When I came back home, I took a deep dive into the healing side of food, cooking for recovering and elderly patients. I worked in a Chicago scratch kitchen with a protégé of Charlie Trotter, then a health-focused “fast food” spot in Northern Cali where I quickly became lead garde manger. By 2015 I had landed my dream gig; personal chef for a Chicago start-up.
These days, I meal prep for a crew of loyal clients and am currently expanding my team to bring nourishing meal prep to even more people! It’s a new exciting endeavor and I’m loving the process of building a team
On weekends we get wild with my euro-style dinner parties. These aren’t your typical catered dinners, they’re a full-on ✨dining experience✨ inspired by my time abroad. Think long, relaxed courses, incredible flavor combinations, and beautiful traditions from different parts of the world. The best part? The host doesn’t lift a finger. I write seasonal menus, prep and cook everything in your home, wash all China by hand, and leave your kitchen spotless. It’s hosting without hosting. You get to enjoy the entire night just like your guests.
My dinners are a mix of all my experiences - comforting, fresh, beautiful dishes that feel both effortless and special. Whether it’s a week of nourishing meals or a killer steakhouse dinner party, I love setting the vibe and making food that feels good. Cooking for people is my favorite thing.
